I am dedicated to serving others, without sacrificing myself. This process is ongoing, and while speaking encouragement and life into others, I am sure to minister to myself. As an Early Childhood Educator, I have developed the skills necessary to engage with and illuminate the inner child in those I have the pleasure of connecting with. I am a proud mother, daughter, sister, and friend. I use skills from the classroom, front office, and board rooms to build authentic connections and turn them into actionable plans.
As we build and work together, we will remain standing in our power, confronting chaos with compassion, and staying sustainable as we ground into our personal identities.

Catalyst for growth
I am Stephanie, a first-generation immigrant woman of color, a mother, a partner, and a seeker who has spent my life walking the path of both equity and spirit. My professional journey has led me to serve in Higher Education Institutions and to found Bohlman Consulting, but my deeper calling has always been about something more—about love, transformation, and truth.
For over 15 years, I have immersed myself in anti-bias and equity work, not only to create change in systems, but to grow and expand within myself. Along the way, I’ve facilitated workshops, guided conversations, and spoken across the country about cultural humility, equity in the workplace, and uplifting marginalized voices. Yet, beneath all of that, my work has always been about alchemy—the ability to transform pain into wisdom, injustice into liberation, and fear into love.
I am here to lead others through emotional alchemy, to teach spiritual truths, and to build systems and communities that reflect higher consciousness—in a beautiful, loving, and empowered way.

Disruptor of the status quo
I am fascinated by humanity. The fact that we are one of the only sentinent beings on this planet that have to be taught to be the very being we are is existentially weird. A dog knows how to dog, and we train it to be the type of dog we would like to cohabitate with, but at the end of the day, that dog is gonna dog. Just ask my Lab who got herself a bath today because of the shit she rolled around in.
I'm here because I continue to learn about humaning. Through K-12 and college classrooms, through conference rooms, through the window to my soul room, I am constantly learning what it means to be human, and how it continually changes.
Through my work as an educator, a workforce strategist, a trainer, a healer, a deep listener, I have learned that we all carry a blinding brightness when we align with our purpose and continue to pursue a holistic wellness centered on being the very best version of ourselves most moments of most days. I do this work because more people grounded in their own unique confidence is what our world needs.
