Welcome home. We’re so glad you’ve returned to your center. We move together because no one is disposable, the path is long, and liberation requires courage. This is a place to drink water, rest your nervous system, and remember who you are—held in community and rooted in wholeness, not urgency.
As ICE raids and state violence impact our communities, systems rely on isolation and exhaustion. Our response is connection. We Move Together is a mutual aid community grounded in care, dignity, reciprocity, and collective protection—where resistance means humanizing, tending, and refusing to abandon one another.
Here, you can get involved in community care, access shared resources, and find grounding and support during uncertain times. We don’t look away. We don’t leave people behind. We organize, we care, and we move together. Join the We Move Together community at Grafted Roots.
