Standing in your soul's purpose and power begins with reclaiming your identity at the highest level. You are a leader: in your community, in your home, of your own power. You have the ability to affect change in your life and influence others. In Reclaiming Leadership Framework courses, we expand on how our 4 domains of Remember, Reclaim, Restore, and Return can be used to bring you closer to true freedom and support your journey in bringing others to a place of restoration and peace.

During the 4 week course you will engage with both synchronous and asynchronous learning. This work is for you. We will dive into the domains of Remember and Reclaim.
Remember yourself as an individual. Identify the systems and labels that have pulled you from your personal identity, what traditions have been discarded and what do you need to do to get back to your trusting and knowing your intuition.
Reclaim aligns you with your soul's purpose. You will explore the questions: "Why am I here," and "To What End?" Reclaim what you have lost, and build on skills you instinctively know.
At the end of the 4 weeks you will have the opportunity to develop intentional self-care routine to invest in your well-being intentionally and regularly.

This training is for people who find themselves saying, “I want to stay well and be in community”. During this 12 weeks of hybrid learning, we will investigate all 4 domains of the Leadership Framework: Remember, Reclaim, Restore, and Return.
We will dive deeper into practices and tools to help you return to yourself no matter the circumstances surrounding you.
As you disconnect from systems of oppression, you will explore:

Reclaim your authentic soul's purpose while using socially just tools
Your rights and responsibilities within your restoration process
How to return to a world that uses tools of harm and respond with actions grounded in unconditional love.
